Description
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with 7-8 years of experience, and who can Lead, manage and mentor a team of 5+ support engineers. Coordinate for system and software releases with development team and manage the gaps in implementation or risk assessment.
Responsibility
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of 5+ support engineers.
- First level on investigation of any issue (all integration requests, client issues, data requests, JIRA support issues)
- Manage and update different scripts as per daily basis.
- Coordinate for system and software releases with development team and manage the gaps in implementation or risk assessment.
- Troubleshoot areas of performance and identifies effective solutions to resolve issues both immediate and for the longer term.
- Work closely with all level of operations.
- Generate reports based on client (Internal/External) request.
- RCA of recurring issues and patch fixes.
- Provide support to clients (Internal/External) on call/emails directly and providing resolution and steps.
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA (from reputed institutes)
- Good experience with any programming languages like Java/Python/C++/PHP/C.
- Good experience with any scripting languages.
- Good with SQLSolid understanding of SDLC life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Team management experience leading atleast 5+ people.
- Experience with any of the ticketing tool (preferably JIRA)
