We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer with 2-5 years of experience, who will L2 and L3 level support for Production systems. You will be required to work on data requests, debugging issues and integrating with internal & external systems
Resolve client/customer issues, and data requests within the SLA.
Design & manage different scripts.
Generate reports based on request from client and internal stakeholders
Provide support to clients (Internal/External) on call/emails directly and providing resolution and steps.
Drive RCA of recurring issues and automate manual tasks
Co-ordinate with system and software releases with development team
Manage the gaps in Implementation or risk assessment.
Troubleshoot areas of performance and identifies effective solutions to resolve issues both immediate and for the long term.
Provide service to an international user community.
2-5 years hands on experience supporting applications built in Python/Java
