Create a robust Product roadmap based on a thorough understanding of Delivery’s strategy, stakeholder needs and market trends
Design functional specifications and make feature, resource, and timeline tradeoff decisions
Drive product requirements, product development, and manage the development process for timely product and program launches
Communicate strategy effectively to diverse audience including executive management, internal and external business partners.
Plan and own the lifecycle product and its quality
Potentially, manage and mentor 1-2 Associate PMs (for PM), or PM (for Senior PM)
BTech, preferably in a technical field e.g. computer science or engineering or equivalent
3+ years of experience in product management. Additional experience in Engineering, Design, Analytics or related fields is a plus
Know statistics, machine learning and AI algorithms, at least cursorily
Be good in handling numbers/metrics/identifying KPI’s. Understand product, A/B testing
Should have some knowledge of big data technologies/software such as AWS ecosystem (EMR, Spark, Redshift), Mongo
Highly quantitative, analytical and business minded
Outstanding intellect, drive and interpersonal skills and drive to challenge the status quo
Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management
Ability to make smart feature versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
